Nitro FunnyBike ; No Change.

Pro Fuel ; No Immediate Change. However, A minimum weight limit was discussed for this class at the meetings. Although I have my personal doubts that such a change would significantly alter the competition/results in this class, we will spend the 2008 season discussing this possible change during the course of the season.

Pro Gas ; One significant change: ] Older equipment [iron heads, shovels, pans, etc. ] are allowed to utilize Methanol [carbureted] as Fuel. .

Pro Modified ; No significant change.

Modified ; No Change.

Super Stock ; This class will no longer seperate one type machine from another, records, points, or otherwise. This will become a class with a weight stipulation of 7.3 pounds per cubic inch [5 lb. Variance]. Stock frame cradles are still required, Wheelbase not to exceed 70 inches. No modification to the spigot [cases] is allowed. Stock stroke to be maintained. Removing Buell's from this class has been discussed, and if the class continues to grow, and perform, the Buell's are likely to get their own class in the near future.

Outlaw Street ; Air-Shifters to be allowed. Data gathering electronics more sophisticated than tattle-tale tach is prohibited.

Hot Street ; 124 cu.in OK, 68 inch wheelbase. The significant change will be that a Mandatory Street Ride [tour] May be conducted Prior to the days Racing activities. In order to demonstrate true street worthiness, and legality. Data gathering electronics are prohibited.

V-rods ; Will have their own heads-up class. Rules to be : Stock chassis, No Wheelie Bars, Stock Spigot. [hopefully we can recognize visually] . No air ­shifters. No Slicks. [DOT tires]. V-rods wanting to compete in Index classes may move/add S/E or P/E.

Street Dressers ; A Mandatory Street Ride [tour] May be conducted Prior to the days Racing activities. NOS [Nitrous Oxide] for engines 103 cubic inches and under, is allowed. Be prepared to pull a head!

Thumpers ; A change to a 14.50 Index. All other rules remain Unchanged.

Index Classes ; Will Not be awarded 1/8 mile records at 1/4 mile Events.
